GUEST EXPERIENCE
Connecting hospitality strategy,
service and operations
Guest experience is shaped by the relationship between place, service, people and operations—not by amenities or technology alone.
ADERASSA helps owners, developers and operators align hospitality concepts across hotels and resorts, food and leisure venues, and maritime hospitality environments.
Our role is to translate guest needs and brand objectives into practical requirements for planning, design, service concepts, operating models and readiness.
Hospitality and Guest Strategy
Clarify priority guest profiles, the service promise, experience objectives and the role of hospitality within the asset and its market.
We connect the guest proposition with the brand, spaces, amenities, service model and long-term operating priorities.
Service and Operational Coordination
Align arrival, circulation, guest areas, back-of-house requirements, services, teams and technology across the stay or visit.
This helps translate experience intentions into practical requirements for planning, design and day-to-day delivery.
Experience Development and Readiness
Develop service concepts, guest programs and operating scenarios that respond to different audiences and conditions.
We also support the definition of roles, processes, training priorities and readiness requirements before opening, reopening or operational change.
A Connected View
of Hospitality Performance
Cross-Sector Perspective
We draw relevant lessons from hospitality, attractions, events, residential environments and destination operations.
Those lessons are adapted to each property, brand, guest profile and operating context.
Core Hospitality Proposition
We begin with the property’s purpose, market position, service promise and operating model.
Experience, technology and programming initiatives are considered in support of that core hospitality proposition.
Strategy Connected to Delivery
We connect hospitality strategy with spatial requirements, service concepts, operating models and implementation priorities.
This helps maintain coherence from early planning through design, opening and operation.
Guest Journeys and Service
We examine the journey across booking, arrival, stay, dining, leisure, service interactions and departure.
The approach considers guest needs alongside staff workflows, service standards and operational requirements.
Physical and Digital Touchpoints
We connect physical and digital touchpoints where they can improve information, convenience, service quality and guest confidence.
Each touchpoint should respond to a defined guest or operational need.
Operational Readiness and Alignment
We help align teams, roles, processes, service standards, training priorities and technology requirements before operational change.
This supports more consistent delivery during opening, reopening, repositioning or service transformation.

AZEMBAY
Project Context
AZEMBAY is a resort development in Morocco combining residential and hospitality components.
ADERASSA was involved during the project’s early development to connect guest and resident experience objectives with planning, design and future operational requirements.
Experience Challenge
The development needed to serve residents, short-stay guests and operating teams within a coherent environment.
Arrival, circulation, shared amenities, private areas, services and back-of-house requirements therefore needed to work together without blurring the different needs of each audience.
ADERASSA’s Contribution
ADERASSA’s contribution included:
- Guest and resident journeys: examining key moments across arrival, stay, services, leisure and departure.
- Functional planning: connecting public, shared, private and operational areas.
- Hospitality concepts: clarifying the role of amenities and services within the overall proposition.
- Operational requirements: considering teams, flows, service delivery and support spaces during design development.
- Stakeholder coordination: helping align experience objectives with project decisions.
Planning and Coordination
The work connected early experience concepts with functional requirements and design priorities across the residential and hospitality components.
This helped keep future service delivery and operational realities visible during development discussions.
What This Project Demonstrates
AZEMBAY demonstrates the importance of considering residential, hospitality, service and operational requirements as one connected ecosystem.
It also shows why amenities and technology should respond to a defined guest, resident or operational need rather than be added as isolated features.
